Default Any hope for more of the middle east following this model?

?

They did have a head start with all the oil revenue, but they seem to be expanding well beyond that as their basis of income. They are like a middle eastern Norway.

Maybe there is a darker side to all of it, but it is a nice example of what can happen when a country does not waste its resources, and chooses a more effective path of growth and prosperity. Unlike a Nigeria or Iran or whatever else.

Hopefully Iran will come through in time, Iraq may well be on its way (pure hope).

But it is a model that would be incalculably better for people in the middle east. Not blaming others for misery, but moving forward and not squandering the vast oil wealth so many nations there have.
