So, Iran gets the bomb, and then?

Seems pretty likely that Iran will get nuclear weapons very soon. We are not going to invade to stop them, nor should we, sanctions will do nothing to prevent Iran from getting the bomb either, just window dressing that no one actually believes will make a dent.

So what happens after they do get the bomb?
