people say there are democrats mad about how "moderate" she is?! what!?

how can you careless than sotomayor about the constuition?

did liberals want a judge who thinks that if blacks are 40 percent of a city they should therefore have by law 40 percent of a companys jobs in that city?

how do you get more radical than her? is putting race ahead of merit in firefighting promotion childs play?

what issues is she too moderate on?
