But where should he move it that would be acceptable? Five blocks from the WTC site? Ten? Above Canal Street? 14th Street? Jersey City? The Mason-Dixon Line?
Carl Paladino, the GOP nominee for governor of my fair state, says that
anywhere that dust from the WTC collapse landed should be off-limits. So that would keep it from being built anywhere in Lower Manhattan. Do you agree?
