Why do you think that people earning more than $500,000 per year are "creating" jobs in the United States? Is it because they consume more than those earning $80,000 or less? Or is it because they are dynamic entrepreneurs who create new businesses?
Have you ever asked yourself how much of the increase in wealth of the upper 1% of Americans over the past twenty years has been a function of finance and the stock market?
