Did Conn Carroll suggest how much public employees should be paid? What sort of benefits public employees should have? Does Mr. Carroll believe public employees should have benefits?
Did Mr. Carroll say how much a teacher should be paid? A Drug Enforcement Agency investigator? A food inspector? An engineer with the Army Corps of Engineers? How much should these people be paid? Should they be paid at all?
