Ergo, if Mr. Salam is calling for tax cuts on those making $250,000 for a family of four or $200,000 as an individual, it would behoove viewers to know into which income bracket - onshore and offshore - Mr. Salam falls.

Is Mr. Salam speaking for his own financial interests or for those of America as a nation?

And, why, do you four so blindly and ardently defend Mr. Salam's willful ignorance and refusal to provide information in this area? Do you really believe that any individual would perpetuate a call for tax cuts for an income group if they did not belong to that income group? Do you really believe Mr. Salam is not in it for the money and would not be all too happy to make more money at the expense of each of you?
