Advice on making my own bloggingheads?

Wondering if I can tap into the vast knowledge centre that is the bloggingheads community. Whats an easy way to make my own "bloggingheads"- ie at least a side by side dual vlog? Any software recommendations for capturing, and editing together? I'm using vista and xp. Much appreciated, and hopefully will have something funky to share with the community in a couple of months. Thanks.
