I wish he hadn't helped Saddam into power, hadn't supplied him with pretty dangerous weapons against the Iranians, then maybe Saddam had not run down Kuwait... who knows, but during his time the US would refuse to pay his share to the UN for sure!

Obama and Bush cannot be compared in international popularity, maybe the administrations and leaderships of different countries did work with him (Bush), but that's light years away from the kind of international popularity Obama enjoys.
