SOPA - Stop piracy online act

Apparently this act could have some serious implications, as it could shut down websites that link to copyrighted material.

On one side their are companies like Nike supporting the bill, on the other, companies like youtube opposing it. I don't know where bh.tv stands on the issue, but technically, at least according to some critics, it could easily fall foul of the act, especially on an open forum like this.
