Btw- I was watching a House Hunters International episode the other night that was in Uruguay. Very beautiful.

No. Paraguay is relatively new to the world of successful soccer. The big game was last week when Uruguay beat Argentina (the favorite for this Cup). And also Uruguay beat them to the record of 15 Copas.
