How come I can't download the mp3s for old diavlogs?

For instance, this one from June 2007, or this one from June 2006. I don't know why I want to relive political fights from four years ago, but as it turns out I do, and I want to listen to them on my portable electronic device. It seems like the really ancient ones are okay, but the 2006-2007 mp3s don't exist.
