Default Is it wrong to hate people with stupid beliefs?

So I am browsing some headlines today and come across this

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010...ce-policy-job/

a rare fox story about dadt, there was virtual silence on the issue compared to the massive attention paid by msnbc and cnn, but look at the article, and more importantly, look at the comments

LEGIONS of retarded social conservatives with abhorrent beliefs. Views I don't simply find wrong, but disgusting. Look at the bubble of opinion they are flooded in, it's enough to drive someone insane reading it. I fear the only solution for it is a macabre one, they need to die. And be replaced by a younger generation with SUPERIOR standards and attitudes, like the integration challenged elders of yore.
