Re: The Evolution of God

All this talk about "The Evolution of God", and no mention of "The Evolution of Dog (http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=30723&id=1757480065)"? Shameful.

Will + Ezra = successful diavlog

This is a great diavlog matchup. I had really missed Will's insight as of late. (and Ezra seems much more reasonable than some public health care advocates, if still misguided ;)) I vote to have...

Re: The Tiny Megaphone (Robert Reich & Glenn Loury)

What we learned from the 20s and 30s (and starting moving towards in the post-World War II era) is a mostly capitalistic economy with some social programs and safeguards. (I think that was kind of...

Re: The Tiny Megaphone (Robert Reich & Glenn Loury)

Lol, that is funny. I don't believe I mentioned anything about an invisible hand. ;)

I don't mind a mix of government and private sector at all. I've just heard Reich talk several times (on NPR...

The official "who is Frazier?" thread

In Bob's new diavlog, he mentions that Frazier (or at least, Frazier's online presence on Facebook/Twitter) is controlled by a bloggingheads.tv commenter. ...

Re: The Tiny Megaphone (Robert Reich & Glenn Loury)

Every time I hear Reich talk, I think how much happier he might have been in about the 1920s or 30s before as much was known about economic markets and how they function most efficiently.

Re: Do Dogs Pray?

Speaking of the sentience of dogs---I wonder what Frazier thinks about all of this? I might have to message him on facebook and see. ;)

Re: Bob's comments monovlog: 5/13/09

1) No one associates dogs with disease, especially cute dogs. Maybe if it was a pet pig, but not a dog.
2) Lots of human food companies use animals in their advertising. I just saw a granola...
