As I stated on the forums, I'd be very interested in recording a DV about the filibuster, holds, etc. if you are. Then again, if you're up for recording a DV with an Apollo DV'er, just not on this topic, that's perfectly fine. The main gist of this note is that I'm really not sure who, if anyone, in the bhtv hierarchy needs to be contacted to make this happen. Thoughts?
