1. Basically, yes. Unless you're someone with a really big name, in which case you could probably get in touch with the site and ask to do a diavlog. (Well, actually, no harm in asking in any case.) Bear in mind, though, that Bh.tv also has their Apollo program -- "regular user" diavlogs -- and if you like, you could probably do one of those pretty quickly. 2. As far as I know, Bh.tv's video technology is custom-built software for this site alone, and there is no provision to lease it out. You might get in touch and ask, though. See the "contact us" section on this page:

3. Sorry. I don't know anything here beyond vague generalities. You'd probably have better luck Googling "video conference recording" or "vlogging how-to" or something like that.
