If someone who knows more about this financial stuff then me wants to look into this and explain it to me, it would be appreciated.
I wonder on what scale this stuff is happening in the US...gotta love how a lot of these big institutions get to privatize the gains and socialize the losses. Kind of makes me wish we were far more aggressive with our anti trust laws.
