Who said the GOP can't change its ways? They've decided to stop subtly playing to racists and overtly supporting them instead.

Instead of choosing the candidate who wanted to emphasize education and community outreach, they went with the (Jindal-endorsed) candidate who supports calling the Obama administration "a bunch of coons". Stay classy, Young Republicans.

It's sad how YR are so motivated by pissing off the hippies. I love a good prank as much as anyone, but it's not a great way to govern.

The YR has always been the proving grounds where the most amoral, base-baiting operatives rise to the top. Thanks for the link -- just saying it's nothing new.
